Michael Soto, Reiki Master, Shamanic Reiki Teacher and Healer

Michael Soto has been a Reiki Master Teacher and healer for over 20 years. Both a Usui and Johrei trained Reiki master, his work includes Shamanic healing techniques such as soul retrieval, past life healing, genetic repatterning, interdimensional healing, house energy clearing, and teaching shamanic reiki classes, as well as basic reiki classes. He spent many years working in AIDS clinics, and heading up Reiki healing circles in Chicago. He is currently heading a volunteer healing group out of Rockford and runs the Reiki Healing Circle in Park Ridge that Wendy started a few years ago.

Animal Reiki at Alex Brooks Canine Center

Rick Hartke is a Reiki Master, Dog Trainer and Behaviorist. He is certified in Myotherapy and CPR for pets as well. He found Reiki as a natural extension in healing and assisting animals to holistic wellness. A Reiki Master since 2008, Rick uses Reiki in training to establish a greater connection with the dogs. He owns and shows Newfoundland dogs and has handled them to multiple championships as well as certifying them in water rescue and draft work. Rick holds a bachelor degree from Bradley University in Mass Communications. He works with Marcy at Alex Brooks Canine Center since 2006.

Marcy Brooks has been in the pet industry since the late 1980s. She is the co-owner of Alex Brooks Canine Center in Des Plaines, Il. Marcy became interested in natural healing when her daughter became very ill from antibiotics. Her interest progressed to the animals and she opened The Wellness Center within the Alex Brooks Canine Center. Patrica Duke, DN, Reiki Master, Naprapath, Yuen Energy Method Practitioner & Psychic

Patricia Duke, DN, was in the same Reiki Master class as our Wendy Jordan! A licensed naprapath, Patricia practices Naprapathy, Reiki, Psychic Healing and Chinese Energy Method (CEM) aka Yuen Method, in the Chicago area.

In addition, Patricia is a Master Instructor of Conscious Dreaming. Taught in a weekend seminar, Conscious Dreaming enables the student to communicate with her/his unconscious mind and with Higher Consciousness in the form of Spirit Guides and Masters.

Martina E. F. Horwitz, Reiki Master and Life Coach

Martina E.F. Horwitz is a Reiki Master working in Wilmette, in the NorthShore of Chicago. She focuses on providing gentle Reiki, allowing for the energy healing to bring a greater sense of balance and wellness to her clients' lives. Susan Rose, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher

Susan is a Reiki Master and Teacher, working in the far northern suburbs of Chicago. She completed her first, second and master level Reiki training as well as teacher certification with Wendy Jordan. Part of that training, as well as her teacher certification was done in New Mexico, where she experienced the wonderful energy and landscape of the area surrounding Ojo Caliente. In order to further deepen her understanding of energy work, and to broaden her experience and perception, Susan is currently studying Multidimensional Shamanism with Michael Soto.

Mark Gelula, PhD, Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Shamanic Reiki Healer

Mark Gelula lives and practices Reiki and Healing in Park Ridge, Illinois. He specializes in back, shoulder and neck problems and has had great success healing individuals with these problems. With a background in Gestalt Therapy Mark is able to work with people to find the relationship of past life issues to current problems. When Chakra imbalances are found, Mark works to balance them within the context of the entire peripheral Chakra system, not just the seven central chakras.

Mark is also a channel for LoSan, a spiritual being of incalculable love, compassion and universal energy. He is able to channel LoSan during Reiki sessions, if desired. This channeling essentially brings LoSan’s spiritual energy into the Reiki energy mix creating a powerful opportunity for healing.

Mark obtained all three Reiki levels under the teaching and guidance of Wendy Jordan. He later received advanced Shamanic Reiki instruction from Michael Soto. He is proud to be of their lineage.
